Please tell us about yourself outside of your work – family, pets, home life etc
I’m a mum to four boys, three who are now grown up and living with their partners, the fourth is a teenager who I home educate, due to his additional needs. We also have two cheeky chihuahuas in our family, both of those are boys too! As a family (minus the cheeky chis!) we enjoy escape rooms, board gaming events, theatre, and live music events. I recently taught myself to crochet and got quite carried away – guess what everyone had for Christmas?!
Please tell us about your skills as a reader and how you conduct your readings
I’m primarily a Tarot reader and have been for over 20 years. However, as the years have passed and my learning has continued, I have connected with spirit in many other ways, and often see, sense, or hear information too, so this is also incorporated into my readings. I like to pull everything together so that my readings flow nicely. I deliver them in a warm, friendly manner, and without judgement. I can cover a general reading or look into more specific questions – whichever you feel is right for you.
What are your favourite subjects in your readings and what subjects can you look at?
I can look into any subject, provided it’s ethical to do so and within the guidelines. I don’t have a favourite area, I just enjoy the whole process and how it unfolds, and the insight and guidance it gives you!
What is your most memorable reading that you have given?
My most memorable reading was for a lovely lady who asked me if “William” was ok. On looking at the cards and tuning in, I couldn’t pick up a great deal about how William was, apart from constantly hearing the word “content”, so this is what I conveyed to her. It turned out that William was the lady’s pet cow! This was many years ago now, but I’ve never forgotten it!
Please tell us why you enjoy reading for people
I enjoy reading for people, because I enjoy helping others, and being a part of a wonderful spiritual journey to enable them to gain insight and guidance into their path is such a rewarding and wonderful experience, both for myself, but also to know they leave the reading with clarity and direction.
When did you realise that you had a psychic ability?
Many many years ago! My grandmother used to do readings – Tarot, playing cards and also tea leaves, and I was always fascinated. When I used to go and stay with her, I would ask her to get her cards out and I thoroughly enjoyed that time with her and will forever hold it dear. And it was back then that I knew there was an ability there for me too, I felt so connected and at ease. However, it wasn’t until I was in my 20’s, following my divorce, that I actually began doing readings, and really jumped onto my reading journey.
Is there anything else that you want to tell us? (Your readings, spiritual experiences etc)
I also used to run a paranormal investigation group and organise and run events at different locations, which was a more practical way of showing people that there is more to life than just us physical humans. That was a lot of fun and very interesting, and although I kept that and my readings very separate, I also felt it was another really good way to help others to bridge the gap between here and the spirit world and explore it for themselves.
